Vigilit® is an efficient and user-friendly system for literature research and monitoring. With Vigilit® you can fulfil all your statutory obligations with regard to research and reporting.

Vigilit®: literature monitoring from a single source

Our Vigilit® system encompasses all the activities relating to the statutory obligation to continuously monitor scientific literature. After we have defined the relevant search algorithms and literature databases in consultation with you, we will then perform searches for your medicinal products. Our experts evaluate the search results without delay and in accordance with the regulatory guidelines. You can access the findings directly and at all times via the Vigilit® web portal.

E2B files, report forms and original articles delivered directly to you

In cases of adverse drug reactions we generate CIOMS-I report forms and E2B-compatible XML files. These documents are automatically e-mailed to you on a daily basis via the Vigilit® Push Service. If required, you can access the original publications via the Vigilit® portal. In connection with PSURs, Vigilit® also permits you to manually research and retrieve all the literature citations and case reports.

Quality assurance

All the Vigilit®-related processes take place in a completely quality-assured environment. Literature searches and evaluations are conducted according to clearly defined criteria accepted by regulatory authorities and can be traced back at any time.
