Personal statement

YES allows me to work on challenging projects together with very likeable and competent colleagues. In so doing I can gain insights into a wide range of different companies, both nationally and internationally. My job offers varied assignments and exciting challenges. The flat hierarchies at YES and the strong interest in innovative solutions provide an excellent opportunity to make a personal contribution and to identify myself with my job.
