From the airport (by car)
- Take A4 motorway from airport towards 'Wien'
- At the 'Knoten Prater' interchange, follow signs to 'Wiener Neustadt/Graz' (A23)
- Stay in lane for 'Wiener Neustadt/Graz' and continue on A2
- Take the 'Guntramsdorf' exit on to A3 towards Eisenstadt
- Continue on A3 until 'Ebreichsdorf West' exit
- Leave the motorway here
- Turn left on to Bundesstraße 210 in the direction of Ebreichsdorf
- At the OMV petrol station, turn left into Bundesstraße 16
- After approx. 200 m turn right into parallel road (Hauptplatz 19)
- Parking space available in courtyard

- Take A4 motorway from airport towards 'Wien'
- Turn off towards Schwechat (S1)
- Exit at Schwechat Süd in the direction of Zwölfaxing
- At 2nd roundabout take 3rd exit (Zwölfaxing)
- Drive through Zwölfaxing and then through Pellendorf
- Continue on main road
- At next roundabout take 3rd exit to Ebreichsdorf
- Continue on Bundesstraße 15 (also after end of dual carriageway) until right turn-off to Moosbrunn
- Then turn immediately sharp left into Moosbrunn
- In the town centre, turn right into main road
- Still in town, turn left towards Unterwaltersdorf
- Follow main road to Unterwaltersdorf
- Take right turn on to main road to Ebreichsdorf
- Drive over level crossing and straight ahead at the next traffic lights
- At the end of Hauptplatz turn left into parallel road
- Parking space available in courtyard
By car from Vienna
- In Vienna, take A2 motorway heading to Graz
- Stay in lane for 'Wiener Neustadt/Graz' and continue on A2
- Take the 'Guntramsdorf' exit on to A3 towards Eisenstadt
- Continue on A3 until 'Ebreichsdorf West' exit
- Leave the motorway here
- Turn left on to Bundesstraße 210 to Ebreichsdorf
- At the OMV petrol station, turn left into Bundesstraße 16
- After approx. 200 m turn right into parallel road (Hauptplatz 19)

From the WEST (Westautobahn Salzburg-Vienna) on the A1
- At the Steinhäusl interchange, change from A1 to A21 (outer ring motorway to avoid Vienna urban region), head towards Graz
- Stay in 'Wiener Neustadt/Graz' lane on A2
- Take the 'Guntramsdorf' exit on to A3 towards Eisenstadt
- Continue on A3 until 'Ebreichsdorf West' exit
- Leave the motorway here
- Turn left on to Bundesstraße 210 to Ebreichsdorf
- At the OMV petrol station, turn left into Bundesstraße 16
- After approx. 200 m turn right into parallel road (Hauptplatz 19)

From the SOUTH via Graz/Wiener Neustadt
- Südautobahn A2 towards 'Wien' until Baden exit
- Turn right on to Bundesstraße 210 towards Oberwaltersdorf/Ebreichsdorf
- Continue on Bundesstraße 210 until the OMV petrol station in Ebreichsdorf
- At the OMV petrol station, turn left into Bundesstraße 16
- After approx. 200 m turn right into parallel road (Hauptplatz 19)
- Parking space available in courtyard
By train
- From Vienna Südbahnhof or (during the construction period from January 2010) from Bahnhof Meidling
- Take the Pottendorf train as far as Ebreichsdorf (approx. 1x per hour)
- From the station, turn left after Breuglhof into Schulgasse and walk straight ahead
- Continue past the schools until you reach Bahnstraße (Bundesstraße 210)
- Turn left after approx. 50 m, after the traffic lights on the left-hand side (Hauptplatz 19)
By bus
- From Vienna Südtirolerplatz, take bus no. 566 to Eisenstadt (via Ebreichsdorf) until Hauptplatz Ebreichsdorf (approx. every 30 minutes)
- Cross over Hauptplatz and continue diagonally right opposite the bus stop until you reach no. 19
